Return Policy:
We offer a return period of 15 days from date of receipt. Customers must contact us by phone or email in order to request refund/ return authorization. No refunds/ returns will be authorized after 15 days of receipt of the product. All non-defective merchandise will incur a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed  DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. 

Warranty  Policy:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to RMA@cwrelectronics.com or call 732-237-9300 (Option 1 for Customer Service) and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.  Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.
